We have had technicians out to our home nearly a dozen times in the past 5 months. I pay for 3mb down and 3mb up and have yet to have the uploads be any better than 1mb. My IP phone requires at least 1.5 to work worth a dang and being on VPN that's cut in half. This is my livelihood as I work from home. They have me over a barrel since there are no other ISP's in the area. They have known that a new tower was going up in Rockdale and there would be an outage to most of the people on the Milano tower, but they didn't notify or have any contingency plans in place. Everything simply went down, and the first level support at F2M simply says "It's a problem on the premises and we'll have someone out in the next day or two to fix it for you". So it's a problem with my antenna as well as my neighbors'? Yes, he's having the same issue. Please stop lying to us and give us notice when there will be an outage. Who is running this company anyway??
If you can get ANY OTHER ISP in your area, please do. I have nothing good to say about F2M in the time I've used them.
