Farradays Steakhouse Isle Casino Farradays NASTY DISHONEST WAITSTAFF pompano Florida
We ate at Farradays Steakhouse at the Isle Casino in Pompano Park Florida over the weekend
First the food was mediocre at best and very overpriced for what you get.
However I am writing this not to complain about the food but to complain about the way were treated by the waiters.
We used a prepaid gift card to pay for our meals. When we gave our card to waiter James we were told that there were no funds on the card. This was BOLD FACED LIE.
He told us to pay in CASH
When we got to a computer we checked and found out that the card did in fact have monies and was totally consumed by Farradays.
The waiter pocketed the cash we gave him FRAUDULENTLY.
We are making complaint with the MANAGEMENT at this casino
They told us that couldnt refund us anything
