I have been an employee of Fashion Bug for almost four years now and would like to say that I am sorry for your treatment at that particular store. I agree that the comment of "everyone running out of money over the weekend" should not have been said. But don't let the incident drop, call the DM back and let her know that you haven't received your gift card, she will be more than happy to help you! We are a wonderful company to work for and we are all about customer service. Once again I am sorry about the comment but don't let that sour you to all of our stores.

Hi, Christie. That's the way the clientelle behaves that is located in certain areas. If I were you I would get back on the horn and get that gift card!!! Then go to the Fashion Bug on 87th and Harlem. Hopefully, the employees will be more professional.
