Fashionaka need this in my life, Blue Whale I ordered 3 quilts from them. Advertised made and sold in USA. Order confirmed but I never received. Billings Montana Texas, Montana
I checked fashionaka site for info such as address, phone number and product info. Listed address in Billings Montana phone number (where no one answered) Advertised quilts as made and sold in USA. I paid for express shipping so order would be shipped within 5 to 7 business days. I never received order. I emailed 5 different email addresses (from order and emails that I sent and got reply they would get back with me within 24hours which they NEVER did) fashionaka.com and needthisinmylife.com and [email protected] and [email protected] and [email protected].
ALL are fraudulent. Now when I try to access addresses SITE UNAVAILABLE. I was charged $ 146.96. Come to find out I received tracking number from CHINA but there is no info on my shipment. Quilts were supposed to be made in Floresville Texas. They never returned any of my emails. Thank goodness I used American Express for order. Their loss not mine. Just goes to show you NEVER really know 100% if what you ordered online is actual or fraudulent. NEVER shop online without using reputable credit card company. Record all names IF you talk to anyone. Keep copies of orders and any emails sent or received.
BEWARE I have found several different ads especially on Facebook that look and are worded exactly as on fashion aka site. Some even have same pictures of same products. I will only buy what I can see and touch from now on.
