Hi, many would say that I'm a disgruntled ex employee but honestly I'm going to tell you that I'm not. Not at all! This company sucks!! The owner, Colin Scott could care less about the clients or the employees. Greed is the main motivator for Mr. Scott and if a client is paying him, he tries to take it out on his employees. This company is one big scam!! People, if you are with Fast Debt Solutions, close your bank account, don't pay them another dollar and go with another debt settlement company that will give you results like Compass Credit Services or maybe even Credit Solutions. People may feel like they have entered a contract with a company and HAVE TO finish it! This is simply not true!!! The company can't report you to the credit bureau, and it would be extremely hard for them to sue you!! All you have to do is cease communication with them. Change your primary phone number. Close that bank account and now you have effectively gotten your point across. End of story. While working there I realized that they had a client base of about 1400 clients. However many of those clients roughly 700, were cancelled. Furthermore, as a Client Service Rep, I noticed that there were clients in the portfolio that had requested to cancel the program but the company never did!! They keep drafting these peoples accounts anyway, stealing!! Many a times I listened to clients yell at me because the company wanted to do what they wanted to do and did everything in their power to make sure that the client felt like the bad guy. Well people, this company is not good for you. They don't care if you are sued by your creditors as long as you give them what they are due, which is absolutely nothing. Get out while you can.... I want to apologize for my statements regarding this company and its owner. I want to have the posting removed but I'm having a hard time removing the previous post so I'm writing now as an apology to all parties hurt by my remarks. I apologize. I realize that my original post may be here for a long time. I want to retract the negative things I said about Fast Debt Solutions. After being fired I was angry and hurt and wanted to lash out at the company. I posted the original post in order to make myself feel better, but I ended up feeling worse!! I need to set the record straight. Fast Debt Solutions is NOT A RIP-OFF. The staff that I met were all honest, truthful, and hardworking people. They really seemed to care about their clients and not just the bottom line. I wish that I could make all of this just disappear!!! I also apologize for making references to Compass Credit Solutions and Credit Solutions. I shouldn't have nemtioned these companies and don't want to cause them any bad press.
