I ordered a product from this website. It arrived a week late and I was unable to use for my wedding. When I asked to be refunded, they blamed it on "international shipping," and said I would not be eligible. First of all, the USVI is within the United States. Secondly, I looked at the tracking and it said the items were delivered to the BVI and then rerouted to the USVI. The destination address was wrong! There was implication that I should be glad I was not charged international shipping rates. I would have gladly paid shipping fees to the correct location, if I could have had my product arrive in time for my event. This should be stated on the website when ordering. I am very disappointed with this company.
