Filing a Complaint Against ACA International Credit Collection Services 7th of January, 2012
On this 7th day of the month I am writing this mammogram to protest the actions brought against Allstate Insurance. Allstate Insurance turned me over to the ACA International credit collections Services because Allstate Insurance assumes that they are entitled to $2,021.47 because they paid the loss of the 2002 Ford Mustang. In the year of 2011, there was the claim 0214010936; for the loss that was filed on 08/01/2011 filed for the accident that took place during the August month of 2011. Mr. Spiros Simos was in an accident with the 2002 Ford Mustang. The Ford Mustang was a loss; therefore Allstate paid the remainder monies that were due on the 2002 Ford Mustang; and also for Mr. Spiros Simos emergency hospital visit, due to the accident. In the mean time, Allstate Insurance turned around and increased my insurance $2,021.47 to renew with them for the term of six months; which was too high for me to renew, therefore I went with CENTURY 21poloci # 20544392 and the total Primium is $487.68 for the six months.
Today they turned me over to ACA International Credit Collection Services, because I went with CENTURY 21 AT $487.68 PRIMIUM FOR THE SIX MONTHS. I ask what would you do in my shoes; go with Allstate or 21st Century Insurance? PS My Son did not get a ticket for the accident; the person that was driving collided with Mr. Spiros Simos, because the other driver was running from the police; she, the other driver a woman, had seven bonds out for her arrest.
