I purchased a used vehicle from these guys recently for over 13,000 dollars and could not be any more angry. Roy is the person I am most angry at. He lied and conned me into a car. He kept stressing "I will give you the top of the line warranty". Never mentioning "giving" meant it would cost me 1,800 dollars. Like he was doing me a big favor by making the top of the line warranty available. Not only did the stuff he mentioned to be covered be untrue, the warranty company they sell you on is hard to contact and refuses to assist you in a pleasant manner. I was promised that once i made a large sum payment towards the loan (which I did the first month, 6,000 dollars on top of the 2,000 i put down) the interest rate would be moved to 6%. What a sucker i am for believing that. When i contacted the owner about this promise made by ROY, he pretty much laughed in my face and said "your kidding me right" your interest rate is not being changed.
Roy along with one of the owners acted like they were gods, making you feel smaller than them and unintelligent. I left the lot with 6 miles left of gas after they promised to fill the tank. Two tires needed replacing within five months after the purchase. NO FOLLOW UP CALL ABOUT HOW I LIKE THE CAR. Every time i tried to contact ROY i was told he was too busy and to try again another day. This was my first car purchase and i got totally hosed due to ROY's main goal of scamming his customer. He is a fancy talker, very cocky and will not take no for an answer. The car is a lemon.
BRIAN, ROY, AND OWNER are con artists. Very dishonest and rude. I highly suggest you avoid these people because nothing good will come from dealing with them. I am in the process of contacting the attorneys general and giving them a more detailed description about what happened.
