I am proud to work for Ferrellgas because I can say without hesitation that the service we offer is second to none in our industry. You signed a "piece of paper for no uncertain term," but they're holding you to a contract you DIDN'T sign.
Is that about what happened?
"No uncertain term" is either a double negative or actually means a "certain term."
If you didn't sign the contract, you probably have cause for cancellation.
Decide that for yourself, you left out a lot of information here.
