My understanding that this issue has been resolved but according to our records the following happened. The consumer was called the day of delivery to verify location was dry and home could be pulled onto the spot. We stressed if the ground was damp from rain the nite before it was best to not deliver the home because damage could occur. WE were informed that there had been no rain and the location where the home was being located was perfectly dry. After arriving at site it was obvious that the ground conditions was opposite of what we had been told. The ground had water standing on it. When consumer was confronted about ground conditions we were told that it had just rained after we had called.
