 I have been a customer of Ferrell gas since November 2,2009.Fron day one they treated me rudely. Then in 2015 I need a fill they refused to fill till I had money to pay I then said I get energy help and my pledge has not bin processed yet. I then got my funds from the EAP. The company who gave me the money called and asked to gone and fill my tank. They sent a truck out the next day. They charged me $150.00 for next day delivery. I complained to Marilyn at my local office and corporate. I then got a letter in the mail saying that they will know longer provide me with propane. I have 10 days too find a new company. I called and ask why. I was then sent too Cathy Korte a paralegal. She said they decided not to keep me as a customer because of something I supposedly said in 2013 I said what? Well they came and got my tank they fave me a refund but not till they charged me a pentily for canceling early. Because I signed a price guarantee in Sept 2015 as I have done sine I became a customer. They also kept the fee I paid to get price protection. And kept my credit I had on my account. You see they stole money not just from me but the state on Indiana. We're the funds came from. This company has treated me like garbage and refused to give me my refund. I am still waiting to hear from the president of the company. So beware of Ferrell gas they are thieves and Liars.
