We have had the absolute worst service from this business.  We have been trying to convert to natural gas for over a year.  This propane gas company will not cooperate by giving you credit when they pick up the tank even when they can resell it. So we have been trying for over a year to get the tank empty and convert to natural gas that came into our area about a year ago.

Every time we pay the bill, they refill the tank and we have to burn another tank. The only way they won't refill it is if we don't pay the bill. So they came out when we had guests stay in our house with VRBO and said they were going to disconnect the gas. They didn't contact us at all. So I paid the bill and told Carrie that we didn't want any more gas, we were converting to natural gas.

Then when we were at the house over the fourth if July, they came out to disconnect the gas.  I was in the shower and had to come out of the shower to hear Mike say that we owed them 3 thousand dollars which I knew was a lie because 1) we had paid the bill and 2) they don't ever refill if you have a balance. There was no way that we ever have had a bill that high. When I said the bill was paid he said it wasn't.  I suggested he call the corporate office and check. He said he couldn't get a hold of them. It was funny because a couple minutes later I got right through.

They said the bill had been paid and they said the reason why they came out was because they didn't have current contact info. That made no logical sense at all.  After the guy shouted at me that we hadn't paid the bill when it was fully paid, I became angry that they disconnected the gas when there was no balance due at all and said they had really made a huge mistake.  He became embarrassed when he realized he was wrong and wanted to prove they had the power and took off. I called the office and asked for the gas to be turned on and they instead took away the tank with gas in it we had paid in full.

These are terrible people to deal with. They don't like it when people switch to a cheaper, more efficient, better looking alternative and take away your gas when they find out and use ridiculous lies to justify their actions. DO NOT USE THEM!!  They are dishonest and retaliatory when they find out you switching to natural gas.

It is the fourth of July week and they took away vital utilities and lied about the bill and got mad and vindictive when they were caught in their own lie.

DON'T use them!  They are Dishonest, unethical and break contracts.
