I was a client of American Debt Counseling on a four year program.. since 2010. Was to be completed this Jan 2014. Started to get phone calls from my creditors.. and no payments being disbursed but still withdrawing funds from my bank.. then I received a letter that Financial Help Services taking over effective 7-29-13... from then on was unable to reach someone by phone sent fax.. received two correspondence from email.. call on phone for hours with no response on hold. spoke to an Alex. told him I contacted the BBB filed reports on both companies and I would be stopping the access to my account now I find FHS only disbursed this month finally 157.00 of the 294.50 they withdrew on8/22/13. Now I have accounts three month in arrears and am starting all over again.. to finish this cycle.. Deceitful dishonest.. reports of them closing in Arkansas and now they are in Fl. Asked him why they would take over for a company ADC that was defaulting on payments.. I think they are scammers one in the same now I see on here and BBB investigating and Facebook many people being ripped off.
