financial knowledge network called out of blue and offered to lower credit card rates clearwater, Florida
They called a cell phone..pretending to be with bank of America. They had all of our personal info. Said they were going to lower our credit card rates and save us between $3,000-$5,000+. They charged $895 to our credit card and sent us info. The info they sent had a fake phone #. Then, we got a call that someone charged $5,000 of dog food to one of our cards. THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM...DO NOT FALL FOR IT.
