The information provided in this report below is based on comments made by Graig Presti during an onsite inspection held by a third party verification company with no biases towards FindMyCompany.com.

FindMyCompany.com is dedicated to helping small businesses across the country and around the globe with their marketing needs. They specialize in online marketing and supply businesses with the tools to obtain a, "very polished and professional presence so they can get more clients, patients, or customers."

Leads for FindMyCompany.com are obtained through word of mouth, industry trade journals, Facebook, in additional to several other online marketing platforms. CEO Graig Presti went on to explain the sales and services process for a potential client, "most people you know they request information from us and inevitably we’re going to take a look at what they are currently doing with their marketing." FindMyCompany.com will then after that assess the current marketing procedures of the company to see how they can improve. After the initial assessment, "we would do some sort of presentation to them and at that point they can really decide in a no pressure environment whether or not they’d like to work with us or not. So we don’t you know force people into working with us. It really has to be a fit for both people so we tell them their options and they can sort of take the prescription we give them if they like it. And if not, we can part ways as friends."



CUSTOMER CARE & COMPLAINT RESOLUTION – FINDMYCOMPANY.COM

During the onsite interview Mr. Presti was asked to describe a situation where a client was not satisfied with the level of service they received. Mr. Presti expressed that they rarely have complaints due to their, "support team that's dedicated each and every month to reviewing people's accounts." During these reviews if a client has a complaint it is taken to the project manager, "we can talk about it, re-mediate it, fix it, let them know in the future if you see a problem you can feel free to email us, call us and then we'll just take care of it." This system usually allows for issues to be resolved same day.

When asked to comment on the complaints posted on Ripoff Report's website Mr. Presti expressed the comments were made anonymously. Several erroneous mistakes were made in the comment including the misspelling of the companies name. This lead Mr. Presti to believe that the comments are from a competitor in their field. In order to further assure future and current clients FindMyCompany.com has been trained and certified through Google. Additionally, they recently made the Inc. 500's 5,000 list for the fastest growing companies in the country. Mr. Presti concluded by stating, "their claims are not accurate."

When asked what type of changes they have made to honor their commitment to make things right with the consumer per the request of Ripoff Report, Mr. Presti expressed their focus has been on working with their customer support team. He further stated, "empowering and wanting to make sure that they're going through the proper training channels, and making sure that everyone knows the certain steps that we take. If there was a claim or complaint to arise, how we deal with it, what we look at, and really making sure that we adhere to those standards every single quarter."

We don't know who left the review. It sounds like they were a client that didn't find the value in our services but also wouldn't fulfill their contract term. Without knowing who this was, we can't take care of them. We fully audited past clients and couldn't not identify who might have wrote this review.

FindMyCpmpany.com markets itself as a company which helps your company achieve better Search Engine Optimization among other things.  FindMyCompany.com has horrible quality control among their customer service personel.  After over half a year of working with them, there was no improvement in my experience with them. Off shore contractors caused some of my accounts to lock down.  Web pages were created which marketed me to cities which were a half continent away from my physical location.  The account representative was unresponsive and after getting nowhere with them, ending the contract results in a $5000. "early termination" charge.  Considering that a year contract was $5940. they make more money by doing bad work and causing you to "opt out" early. Spammy back links resulted in a loss of ranking in all of the major search engines. In conclusion, I feel that I have been ripped off by findmycompany.com.
