1) Alisa is not a carrier - she is a broker - she lies about this with every customer.
2) She has no real experience what-so-ever.
3) She lies to customers about when their cars will be picked up.
4) She will say anything to make a sale.
5) She will lie to truck drivers. She will fake and act as though she has an order when she really does not.
6) She is at risk of losing her Operating Authority for lying to both customers and carriers.
7) Never give your vehicle to this unethical young woman who has no professional ethics.

When she screwed up my order so bad - cost me time and money way beyond what was necessary due to her lies.... I did not research her... (yes - I should have done this first).
NEVER MOVED MY CAR AND STILL CHARGED MY CARD.
This is not a person that can be trusted with your vehicle. Her moral compass is way off!!!
