I went to the firearms academy and it really seemed great at first. The instructors were funny and laid back and made me feel comfortable,,, and then a few months later I went back to ask a few simple questions about my guard card being denied by the B.S.I.S. and what I could do to appeal the decision,,, and the owner of the place (marty delgadillo) was a complete jerk with me. He started putting me down and insulting me because I had a criminal record. I didn't think that was right at all and the way he was snapping at me was very unprofessional. I defintely wouldn't recommend this place to anybody. The owner is dogmatic and mean and if you have a criminal record he's very judgemental towards you.
