First off sorry you got ripped off/I use ripoffreports.com to check any and all companys I plan to spend my hard earned money with (what a great website). Call the warranty company to get another repair person to come to your home. When the repair person gets to yur home and before he starts the inspection and or repair tell him you will require written documentation on what he inspected and what needs to be done to put your AC back in working order. Then fax the information to the warranty company yourself, You want to let the repair /inspector person know that the unit has been looked at by another pro-fessional and that you will be comparing reports. If all else fails call your local TV news channels and find out if they have a consumer affairs department that can help you. Please explain to them you have a small child that fainted already...GOOD LUCK Gil P.S. get the repair company's name address and telephone number in case the warranty company states no report filed again.
