This company has provided horrid service from day one. Now they have stopped providing us the service we pay for completly! It has been over a month since we first called regarding our broken air conditioner. The same one they have " fixed " several times in the past but iT NEVER worked for long.

We have placed call after call to these people because we are in the middle of a HOT summer. It has been hovering around 104 INSIDE my house. My 5 year old daughter passed out from the heat, my entire family had to be treated for dehydration. Even after a month and telling them about my daughter they still were rude to me and had the same story. This is what they call service: " Well there is nothing we can do to help you because the company we sent out to you never filed a report".

This has been the excuse with 3 different repair men (funny how they all forget to fill out reports) from 3 different companies. We hired our own repair man who told us this is all a matter of money. The system along with our furnace are old and need to be replaced. This would cost them too much money so they either stall us or do a "band-aid" repair. We never figure out is is not fixed until a really hot day comes and it breaks again. Just to be sure we hired a second A.C guy to make sure and he said the SAME thing!

These people do not care about their customers or if they hurt a little child. They rip you off and treat you like scumm while doing it. They were so nice when they wanted to sign us up... I cannot describe the frustration this company has caused us. Go to another company if you want to get what you pay for. This one will NOT provide!

First off sorry you got ripped off/I use ripoffreports.com to check any and all companys I plan to spend my hard earned money with (what a great website). Call the warranty company to get another repair person to come to your home. When the repair person gets to yur home and before he starts the inspection and or repair tell him you will require written documentation on what he inspected and what needs to be done to put your AC back in working order. Then fax the information to the warranty company yourself, You want to let the repair /inspector person know that the unit has been looked at by another pro-fessional and that you will be comparing reports. If all else fails call your local TV news channels and find out if they have a consumer affairs department that can help you. Please explain to them you have a small child that fainted already...GOOD LUCK Gil P.S. get the repair company's name address and telephone number in case the warranty company states no report filed again.
