First American Solutions, LLC entered into a contractual agreement with me, stating the promise(s) in bold below.  Seven months later all I received for $950.00 is what you can read on the actual e-mail responses I have included as proof of the rip-off.



 



Note: To this date the "So Called Grant Writer HAVE NOT answered or returned any of my calls (see e-mail regarding call), nor have I received the promised information mentioned in the e-mail written by the So called Grant Writer, SURPRISE, SURPRISE!!! Please do not use this company, it is a TOTAL SCAM!!!!! 



 



 



First American Solutions, LLC hereby promises to aid and/or assist the client in obtaining a minimum of $25,000.00 USD in grant money to be used to benefit the client's project and/or the local community. First American Solutions, LLC provides the following services to client:



(1) Foundation Research (2) Letter Writing (3) Grant Application Preparation & Packaging (4) Grant Writing (5) Consulting to direct the client towards the best avenue to reach their specific grant funding goals. Terms and Conditions: Length of service agreement: This service agreement shall commence on __________________ ending six (6) months after the original signed date on this agreement. The client shall have the option if the minimum funding amount is less than $25,000.00 USD within the six (6) months, to renew the service agreement for an additional six (6) months for NO ADDITIONAL FEE. The client must submit written notice to First American solutions, LLC within Thirty (30) days of the date of expiration.



(2) Cost of Services Rendered: The client understands that the total cost of the service fee of $950.00 is a one (1)-time service fee.



(3) Limitations on Representation: First American Solutions, LLC acts as a conduit and/or facilitator to assist the client in seeking grant funding from foundations. First American Solutions, LLC does not provide the grant money directly to the client. The foundation involved in the project has complete power over funding amount, usage of the money, and time frame of funding. The client is retaining First American solutions, LLC for its relationship with foundations that fund grants, resources to complete the project, intellectual property, funding strategies, project packaging, and submitting the project correctly to the proper foundations.



 



Needless to say, I did not receive the promised help...instead, I have encounter three (3) different writers within a six month timeframe, I can not get the writer(s) to accept my calls nor return my calls, I would like to show everyone reading this RIPOFF REPORT exactly what I have received for $950 please read on, this company is a TOTAL SCAM!!!!!! To date, still no call received or returned.

To the writer who states A good experience with First American Solutions, to you I say...From research You Stand Alone, and quite frankly I believe the writer is someone within First American Solutions (Hi Paul:-)). Needless-to-say how Stable, Reliable and Ethical would you say a business that would send the following e-mail communication(s) to its customers and vendors would be? Mind you there are people like me and many others who have hand over our money to these folks trusting them to do what their contract say they would do. Notice, the e-mail does not mention giving refunds, however, the e-mail is crystal clear in saying the customers will get NO SERVICE. Based on the service I have received and apparently many others like me, based on other RIPOFF Report Messages and the poor score(s) provided by the NV BBB...YOU SURELY STAND ALONE!!!

BBB Rating Based on BBB files, this business has a BBB Rating of C on a scale from A+ to F.

To all vendors and clients of First American Solutions, LLC: Please be advised that effective January 10, 2011, we, Stacy Gogo, Paul Peden, and Diana Rodriguez, subcontracted to work on projects brokered by First American Solutions, LLC, (FAS) terminate our involvement with First American Solutions, LLC and Jim Sardo. As a result of this immediate resignation, we are no longer affiliated with the company. Please note that we were never employees of FAS, but merely contracted to perform services. Effective immediately any reference to us completing work assigned or future services with First American Solutions, LLC is invalid. For those of you that we were able to speak with to discuss your project, we are saddend that we will not be able to move your project forward. We wish you luck in all your endeavors.

Now, when speaking of First American Solutions giving a customers money back for non-receipt of service. Is a unique issue, this company has promised in writing which I will post my evidence!!! more than once to give me a full refund of my $950 (original e-mails attached), and to date the company has not and guess what....Will not respond to any form of communications, I have attempted to call, e-mail and has even sent certified letters (Robert Bowers and Jim Sardo) which neither would sign for the mail.

Allow me to share my thoroughlypositive experience with the aforementioned grant writer (Paul). I am a co-founder of a small non-profit that was created to further environmental education in the rural south and being so new to the business side of a non-profit I definately needed assistance with how to even begin looking for funding. The grant writer, Paul, was a god-send.

Paul assisted me with researching, preparing, and writing my first grant. He stayed in constant contact with me via emails and phone calls throughout the entire process. He provided invaluable assistance with the filing of the grant. In fact without him I would have not only submitted an unsuitable grant application but I would have missed the deadline altogether.

Again, Paul from First American Solutions provided a solid tutelage in the process of researching, writing, and applying for grant funding. I encourage anyone reading this report to seek his aid with financing their projects.
