Ever work with a company that just doesn't care about you? I have. First Data is a credit card processing company run by Frank Bisignano. Frank must be the worst CEO in the world to have a company so screwed up that they can't even close an account properly. This is the case with my account. You see the problem is their employees. Total stupid ignoramus idiots. None of them are trained properly. You can tell by how often they put you on hold and bounce you around the office to different people. But wait.... I forgot to say that nobody answers the phone. The auto answer phone prompt hell will raise your blood pressure before you even speak to one of these ex-McDonald's employees happy to work somewhere that doesn't leave them smelling like fries on their way home. Frank - you are a bum. Read the reviews on your company. Your idiot employees can't even handle a simple request regarding a chance of address.... let alone my request to close my account. Problem Frank... you then charged me fees the next month when I had already found your competitor. You are an idiot little Frankie boy. That is all you are - a little boy who does not get it. Grow up little boy. Fix your company. I had to call every few months because you kept locking me out of my on line access to my own account. Another 45 minutes of my life I will never get back. Blood boiling and wishing we were toe-to-toe so I could show you how I really feel about your bozo service ran by clowns I couldn't wait to go elsewhere. Boy was I upset to find out more fees were assessed and I had to waste another 45 minutes on the phone... of course having to escalate the call to a manager. Even then - total MORON. Frank - kiss my a** loser. You get the FFF Rating from me loser. You have no idea how to serve small business owners. I can't imagine how poorly you screw up the big accounts. May your home fill up with termites and your mother get breast cancer. It couldn't happen to a bigger loser!
