Flagship Merchant Services Lied to about swipe IPhone system for 3 months & charged every month for security issue not disclosed with sales pitch boston Massachusetts
Sales person did not disclose issues with the IPhone swipe system security that is a deal breaker. Quarterly the IPhone must be left untouched for 24 hours to run a security check or you are charged a monthly fee and responsible to all security breaches. I spent 3 months attempting to run a security check as it was described by the techical rep. Each time it never worked so i would call back to get another tech person that would give me another way to run the security program all the time racking up charges and liability. At one point I had spoken to 4 techs and had 4 different descriptions of how to run the security test none that worked. Clearly is it a conflict of interest to charge a customer for something that can not be accomplished with reasonable interuptions and hold them responsible for a security breach if the security is not checked. This is an expensive convience to begin with and this was another fee and liability. Use Paypal instead it is cheaper in the long run than the Iphone swipe
