The fees they charged were double what they said in sales pitch.  They would not accept credit cards or give service.  They were nasty and rude.  I cancelled the account after 2 months.

Eight months later they stole money out of my checking account.  I called to complain, they said "complaint denied" and hung up the phone.  I called to demand contact info for responsible parties in the company, they said "we do not have to reveal anyone's name" and hung up.

I said you had no authorization to take money from a revoked account, they said "We already did.  We have the money by ACH transfer" and hung up!

A class action suit against Flagship Merchant Services in needed!
