I recently looked into signing up with flagship merchants services online to accept credit card payments, I usually research companies and prices before final decision,turns out this was the 3rd time i had looked into this company could have been a different website etc but i decided last minute not to do business with this company because speaking with the rep online something did not sound right and it was almost as if he was hassling me. I told him to cancel my application if he did not want to wait for me to get the voided check needed to activate use of the account. I bank with washington mutual and they have long waiting periods on phone and since i am 8 months pregnant during ahigh risk pregnancy i told them i would have to get to the bank when it is convenient, the guy kept calling n calling harrasing me and finally i said i wouldnt go through with it...thats when he told me that if you fill out a application with flagship even if it is not activated that they charge you a $75 fee to cancel...

now get the fact that the account has never been activated and you have never used it..nowhere in the website does it list any of the facts stating you will be charged $75 for nonuse and none activation of account....They canceled after i called in to speak with a superviser although i am not quite sure if i was speaking directly to a superviser because he sounded like the rep i had just spoken with and both were very rude into the call....

Now its been like a week and they have started calling me again harrassing me telling me that i have used someone elses name to open a account and that they have notified authorities of identity theft...I have never used anyone name but my own..my own address...my own social...my own bank account etc this is purely harrassment and i cannot be dealing with this as i stated this is upsetting me and i am running a high risk pregnancy already.
