This alleged company advertises a product that is supposedly makes your teeth white. They advertise the cost of the product for $15.00 and when you receive your credit card statement they've billed you $114.90 and before you know it they ship you another shipment without your consent and has billed your card $121.85 ! They do not reply to your emails and when you try to call them, you're put on hold for thirty five minutes at which time you are automatically disconnected. There's no invoice included in any of the shipment, just a vague description of what's in the box. There's no revelation of the cost for the product. I have advised my credit card company of the above and they have advised me that they will conduct an investigation and that this kind of deceptive business practice is an everyday occurrence with many complaints being fired. I only hope that this information will protect or prevent another consumer from being taken advantage of!

Your story almost mirrors mine exactly. I feel stupid for even ordering in the first place. I am still trying to figure out how FlashWhites gets away with it.
Thank you for writing; I wish I had read yours before I wrote my own and I could have just "copied and pasted."
Sincerely,
