Flemings Ultimate Garage Fraudlently sold me a 1965 Ford Fastback.
I had there sales guy take photo's and check the cowl for rust. All reports and photos to "ENSURE" me the car was solid. Well the car was far from it, rusted cowl, no lights at all, no gauges function over heated before it came off the delivery truck.
I have photo's and a email stating no rust all is good. yet the cowl leaks, it leaked so much when they tested it with a garden hose it shorted out the dash wires.
I have contacted Flemings every day once in the morning once in the evening. No return phone calls from Tony Fleming or from his Sales manager Regie. The lack of customer service is amazing none once the money has transfered.
I have called talked to the servcie manager who frankly should be running the place, he does return phone calls and does understand the situation. He doesn't know how the car left the place.
I have offered one option, schedule to pick up my car send me a refund. I will take a plain flight out and look at some of the other cars. However it appears they are trying to hold my money hostage.
I have called all top managers, left messages and no response. Later this week I file papers in California Court to deal with this company.
I would not recomend this company and certainly would not recomend buying a car from them.

Through a number of attempts I have requested to have this report removed. However it has been nearly sixty days. we are trying to resolve this issue. However as a part of the settlement this report needs to be removed. If it's not possible to be removed. I am stating that we have come to a resolution which we are agreeing is acceptable.
