A client booked my villa on Flipkey. I requested payment in full from the client as part of the 1 week villa rental agreement. The client agreed and booked using Flipkey.
I hadn't received any payments from Flipkey and called to speak with a manager at 877-354-7539 in Boston. None of the customer service agents would let me speak with a manager, I called numerous times to speak to a manger, and the response was always the same no manager is available.
Fipkey refuses to release the funds so I canceled the booking and emailed the client requesting they ask for their funds from Flipkey as I never received any payments.
