If you're reading this, you're unfortunatley most likely a victim of this so called "FloRd Agency." I recommend that you file a complaint immediately! If you're not yet a victim, congrats for doing your research. Do NOT continue with the purchase!

On Wednesday, April 15, 2009, I opened my door to Brandi Feist (if that's even her real name) who was selling magazines as a means of scholarship money for school. She had a list of magazines with prices and the amount of scholarship money she would recieve with each purchase. Needless to say, I fell for it.

I was running low on funds myself, but being a fellow student I know what it's like to need money for college and I wanted to help. Also, she used "buying the US Weekly magazine for my mother as a Monther's Day gift!" Can you beleive her nerve? I ended up having to make up for that "gift" since I couldn't blow off another $40.

Days passed and I never recieved the magazines, but of course, I received a note in the mail saying I need to pay another $40 dollars to complete the order. That's when I looked at the receipt and found no contact information was available (other than a P.O. Box) and knew something was wrong. I sent them a letter instead stating what I had ordered, that it was paid in full, and now I was patiently waiting for the order or a refund.

I left my cell number and email address so they could contact me. I have yet to receive a note or any kind of contact from this "agency." I am in the process of filing a complaint and expecting to be paid in full in turn.

For future references, don't buy anything from anyone who comes to you door! It's unfortunate I have to say that, but save yourself from what myself and several others are going through.

They didn't scam you!  It says clearly on the receipt, "total amount- $80. Amount paid- $40. Balance due- $40."

You never sent in the balance due, so they never sent you your magazines.  Plus, why is it such a bad idea to send your mom us weekly for mothers day?  You would gotten the gift part of the day out of the way and helped a kid earn points for a scholarship.

You've filed a complaint with no real life basis, only what youve read.
