Florist Express proflowers Deliver substandard product Internet
I received flowers from my boyfriend for our 6 month anniversary. They were delivered on time but were already wilting and droopy when I received them. By the second day one was already turning black and the rest were just hanging off the wire that was on each one. He gets me flowers every month from the grocery store and they usually last 1 to 1 1/2 weeks. These were 'dead' after 3 days and I do change the water and keep them in a cool area. There is no excuse. We were offered a 25% refund, should have been a complete refund or redelivered a new order. Don't do business with them.
