On 7/24/12 my windsheild got cracked by a piece of wood off a passing log hauler.I finished my run and brought the truck back to our yard. I was laid off till 7/27/12 and was then placed back in my truck with a new windsheild. I drove till 8/3/12. On 8/3/12 my truck had a severe engine problem that required it being put in the shop. I offered to drive it to the international shop but ms. nunnery said they were already on their way to pick it up.LIE #1 Sunday 8/5/12 i called ms.nunneery to check on status of my truck. She told me my truck was at our "new" yard in tyler tx.where we had moved from gladewater tx. She did not know i was CALLING FROM GLADEWATER,looking at my truck which hadnt even been moved from where i had parked in on 8/03. LIE#2 Not only was it still there,it was unlocked and things like my g.p.s.,phone charger etc. were missing! Ms.nunnery called my the evening of 8/14 and told me to be at the yard the next morning,the 15th at 9 a.m. which i was. She asked my for my fuel card to check the number for a wrongful charge.LIE#3 She then took me in to see mitch henderson in what quickly became a name calling,mainly that i was lying about the wood cracking my windsheild because i quote "Nothing else was broke." I was called a fu**ing liar,i was told 3 un-named drivers said i was dangerous,and to top it off was FIRED for failing to report a dented grill that was supposed to have happened when my windsheild got cracked! My trying to point out that the grill wasnt damaged when the windsheild was replaced,nor when i drove it for another 9 or 10 days. All this was meet with the phrase i need to take a refreasher coarse and i was fired for violation of company policy. With this on my work history i havnt been able to get hired by any one as of yet. Beware,mitch henderson is a ex-judge who honestly feels he can get away with about anything

The person who filed this is one, William T****. His claim that a log hit his truck was verified by another driver who stated it was untrue, followed by a insurance claim by Ms Petrina Johnson and the Duke Law firm of Houston, who stated he hit them in the rear , thus the grill and windshield damage.
It's bad enough, the driver broke the law and failed to report the accident, but that to go on this sorry excuse for a web site that publishes claims that are nameless is even worse.
Our insurance carrier paid the cliam after careful investigation and "yelling" at Mr T**** is the least I would of done if I knew he took one of my trucks and rear ended a four wheeler.
It takes nerve or stupidity, I'm not sure which to whine about losing your job on a website when you know you did wrong
