We got a work order to repair a Franchise restaurant in the Bay area, came under poruing rain to fix leaks at the property. Got an email from Lindsey Wear to go again and fix more leaks not included in original work order WENT TWO DIFFERENT OCCASIONS, sent invoices and finally spoke to GREG WHO IS SUPPOSEDLY THE OWNER AND TOLD ME PAYMENT WOULD ARRIVE IN 7 DAYS! After extensive research I found out he's a scammer and does this like he eats and breathes. They never called us back but obviously why would they if they are SCAMMERS! CONTRACTORS BEWARE! THEY WILL NOT PY YOU AND HAVE YOU GO TO JOB SITES AND WORK ON A PROPERTY UNDER EMERGENCY DISPATCH.! BEWARE! His number is +1 (916) 718-7872 AND HIS WIFES NAME IS LINDSEY WEAR AND HER NUMBER IS 916.248.5224 extension 1012!

Attachments are as follows

Origional service order with date issued, and amount.

Notes stating issues

Conversation with client on behalf of both us, and the vendor

Invoice with payment date from client

and

Check registry with date payment issued.

The statement that we wouldn't/didn't pay is inaccurate.  We followed our side of the agreement, and paid when we were paid.

Unauthorized work

You performed work that was unauthorized.  You went out to a job site with an understanding that you were to send us a quote.  At no time was any quote sent.  We later, within a week after we sent you out, sent an invoice.  Knowing that some people utilize "invoices" when quoting, we called and asked if it was an actual invoice, or a quote.  You stated it was an actual invoice and not a quote.  At that time, we spoke to the chain you're speaking to about getting it pushed through as NO ONE signed off on you actually doing the work.

Later, you contacted the chain directly and they informed you of the same thing.  You were not authorized to do the work... At no time did anyone sign off on the work performed, at no time did you receive authorization from us, or the chain to perform the work, and at no time was there any communication asking for authorization.  The paperwork clearly stated that you were authorized, for up to $250.00 to investigate and quote.  Fix any issues while on site for that amount.  Both we and the chain asked for proof of signature, or other indication that you had authorization to perform the work.  You could produce neither.
