Foresight Media/Wrinkless Cream Broken trust Newburgh New York
Invoice date is 01/26/2015. Arrival date at my home was 01/31/15. On 02/06.15 my Credit card was charged 99.80. This was all for a free trial offer for which I had already paid 4.95 shipping and handling. When my "free" cream arrived I was shocked to find 2 Jars. No where does it say I would be shipped 2. The contract I received says I will get a new shipment evey 60 days. I called to cancel...surprise they couldn't return my money until I got an RA number. I received an RA number and sent the product back. That cost me another 10.00. I also had to pay a restocking fee for something I hadn't even ordered. (second jar of creme) Kim was the first person I spoke with at 1-800-564-1623. She was the first one I spoke with. Kim gave me an RA number and assured me money would be put back in my account after they received their product. I spoke with John on 2/24. He told my refund would not be issued until sometime in March. On 03/05/15 I spoke with Nick he told me I would not get my money back until 03/26/15.
I was told I would get my money back after they received their product. They received the product on 02/20/15 at 3:47 pm. I realize this is a friday. I took that into account. I was told it was not processed until 03/26/15. Really!!
Beside all of the above the product is worthless. Ripped off all the way around. Foresight Media has really screwed it for me as far as ordering on line. I will stick to Amazon from now on.
Today is 03/05/15. I am still WAITING>
