Purchased boots for daughter a $125.00 for Christmas. After wearing twice they came apart at a seam leaving a hole the size of a quarter. They would not return phone call , when called the message was to leave a number and they would return your call. I emailed them and got a automatic response they would review my email and respond. That was a very slow process and they then wanted pictures and so I emailed pictures to them . Them returning emails were taking a lot of days and so I contacted paypal (service used to pay them) and the rep suggestion to file a dispute to protect myself. I ask for them to replace or refund and they got very mad I took this approach. I Sent them back their boots priority mail with delivery conformation and the USPS was having trouble delivering them to the address given (real factory or not??) I was awarded money back because they would not respond to paypals attempts to contact them over this. Today I received a threat throw email that I was to pay $250.00 or this was going to a collection agency and be on my credit report.. I would beware of this company or what ever it is really..
