Hi everyone,
I own a website called phpsoftwaregeeks.com and one day a customer by the name of joseph babalola registered to purchase our membership software. he asked us kindly to install the software on his website free of charge which we did. Two months later he called our payment gateway provider "clickbank" and requested a refund without even contacting us first for assistance. clickbank told us that he or she or whatever did not want technical assistance but a full refund. he/she demanded it now. I was not aware of this at all. The next day this person has the courage to contact us for a customization job that has to do with the software they got a refund from. Well little did I know, that this customer got his money back and he wanted me to do a job for free. Wow. for free .. nothing in this life is free and I hope one day it does offer that. lol, he started to threaten me up and down on how I was a bad person and what kind of person runs a company like the way I did for not offering him free services first before he pays. Whoosh, I was lucky not to do that. Well of course he wanted to have me do the job on his site for free when he had his refund for the software just yesterday. Can anyone explain this to me. how can you purchase a software like joseph did and then expect customization jobs when he got his refund just yesterday. does he think he can get what he wants. I mean really what person buys a product and then demands a refund with no explaination like he did and then wants a job done to this product. this product isn't his anymore if he asks for a refund. hello joseph wake up. On the 4th of October 2010. A friend of mine JEAN OBERT helped me to purchase a product on CLICKBANK. The product is from http://www.phpsoftwaregeeks.com . The reporter said in his/her report that I bought the product TWO month ago, that is NOT true. Here is the evidence of the date of purchase:

Note: This is NOT the first product that JEAN OBERT would buy on my behalf. She had helped me buy a book from BILL WILLIAMS as well as paid for a ghost writer on my behalf. I met JEAN OBERT through facebook two years ago, and since then we have been good friend, and of course she chose to call me son, hence I usually refer to her as my mom too.
On the sales letter of PHPSOFTWAREGREEKS, they promise free installation and said there is no need of knowledge of html code and the likes, which of course is the reason I fell in love with the software. But to my utmost consternation I ask for the FREE installation which is the beginning of the problem I have with this company. Here is the evidence of the date I asked for the installation:

In annoyance after asking for re-fund, the company destroyed my website just because they have access to my control panel. They sent to me that the index of my website would be affected if they install it; this was against their promise on their website. I asked if there is a way that can be done without affecting the root of my website, there was no single response and after sending series of mails here is the response of the company through ANDREA HERNANDEZ:

I have bought many things ONLINE for the past 4years without issue with anybody. Many customers had PAID me for services which I delivered to them in a professional manner. Here are the pains caused me by PHPSOFTWAREGREEKS.COM and ANDREA HERNANDEZ:

to tarnish my name and business

I bought a product, I was not given the value for what I paid for. The ethic of business is refund without any hassle but since the refund was asked the company came here to report and tarnish my name. The above was the email sent to me by the lady who wrote this report against
me. But I later realized that she is hiding under her company to SCAM people.
As I am writing this rebuttal today the 20th of December,2010. She
collected money from me to help me design re-design the website of mine she
pulled down but till now she did not do it, she promised to refund since 3rd
of December,2010. I had sent over 10 emails yet she did not reply me. That is
reason why I am filling a rebuttal.
She
is a real scammer but playing smart on people that may not peoples
intelligent.I even called her several times without a single picking of my
calls.

My name is RANJITH from India. I met Joseph Babalola on facebook. He is a forex trader that many people respected. This man in my opinion is a straightforward and sincere person. I dont know his as a scammer as professed by the reporter. I have been paying for his signal service using liberty Reserve. And I usually pay him upfront.
If this man is a scammer he would have run away with my money and other peoples money. He is always there for me to give me his best. And of a truth, his signal has really increased my earning in forex. How then can someone call him a scammer?
This is unfair treatment and the writer of this evil report SHOULD apologize to his personality. Even if both party had mis-understanding, there is need to solve issue rather pulling fellow human being down.
I want to be sure that IF others which this man (JOSEPH BABALOLA) has helped in forex trading see this, they would also react to this. I could see that the write asks people to ignore the report, why filling the report in the first place? More over, reading the report, it is clear that the writer is the producer while JOSEPH BABALOLA is the consumer. The right person to file this report should be consumer complaining about producer.
In conclusion, this is LIBEL against a man that has been a source of joy to some of us that are new in forex. In deed an unfair treatment. I have never met him, but on many occasion is has been source of joy to me. How then can such a miserable report be filled against him? This is unfair treatment. I hope he also speak his side of the story.

Scamming in whatever form is a vice that must discouraged and the punishment ought to be weighty, to serve as deterrent for those that may be chewing on similar acts. Perhaps, more punishable is the act of pulling another fellow man down, regardless of misunderstanding that may be between them, color or country. No man can make a claim of which country is scamming more prevalent, as it is daily reported across all walks of life and countries.
Defamation of character though may have been perpetrated against on occasions without raising of eye brow, but that which cannot go down the drain without mention is the wrong allegation leveled against a personality which i have privileged to meet on forum. contacts with him thereafter has led me to follow him in quest for stardom-definitely not through Scam-as this stands against what i know him to stand for.

He to me as well as others following him is a person of proven record, integrity and never a scammer as alleged. greekphp, as i leant asked people to ignore his/her report, with this man being at the mercy of the act of falsehood. Why didnt this firm dotheir homework well before filling this damaging report?
What then happens to this man's reputation, what he stand for and those working with him? To me, i think this is punishable under law in what ever country this is filed.
