Four Seasons Sunroom Of Orlando We purchased a sunroom from Four Seasons of Orlando in August, 2006. The sunroom was completely installed by Mid-November, 2006. Three months after installation the room begin to leak. After numerous calls they foundly sent someone out to repair the leakage. Needless to say the leakage is still there in the same place. In August 2006 we purchased a sunroom from Four Seasons of Orlando. The room was installed around mid-November. Three months after the installation the room begin to leak where the room was attached to the existing lanai. Several contacts have been made to the company and each time they would send a young guy that states he has repaired the damage. Needless to say the room is still leaking at the connection of the lanai and now the room is even leaking from the ceiling of the sunroom. I contacted the company back in April 2008 to inform them of the leakages. I contacted the company again in May, June and July. In August I spoke with the Project Manager (Albert on August 21, 2008) he asked "are you still leaking" I told him yes. He stated that he would get someone out there as soon as the rain stops. Well it's almost a month and I have not heard from Albert, nor the General Manager, Steve. I contacted the office again on Saturday, September 5, 2008 and no one would take my call. At this stage I am ready to bring suit against the entire corporation. This room was a very expensive addition. My leather furniture must be replaced due to the rain leaking in the room on the furniture.
My fear is that the wood is deteriorating from the water and eventually mole will set in or the roof will eventually collapse or separate.
