Fowler 240 Chrysler Jeep Dodge ripp off sells defective cars,will not honor warranty to fix problem...... Oklahoma city, Oklahoma
my Caliber has a problem with the break light coming when you rest your arm or touch the center console. it's been doing this for a while now. the Dealership could not figure out the cause of this problem. the tech told me the Brakes and the fluid level was good and the pads and shoes. when i drive my caliber the brake light for the emergency break comes on if you rest your arm on the center console or move it or hit a bump in the road.
it stays on all the time and if you move the console in a certin postion it goes off!! Doge could not fix this problem. now the warranty and extended warranty have ran out they will not help us. my wife called the main office in detroit and spoke to some one about it. we made appt to have it looked at but now DODGE wants us to pay 110$ to have a Electrical Diagnosis done to pin point the problem. why should i pay? i been telling the dealership about the problem and they old me they could not figure it out.
i will never buy another car from fowler dodge or a dodge Vehicle again!! poor service and not willing to help. i have video of the light coming as i drive and it staying on. like stated the light will go off if you move the center console to a certin postion. this has been on going for about 2 years now with no help from the dealership. and the main office did not tell us we had to pay 110$ for a Electrical Diagnosis to fix the problem, and if they do not pin point the problen we just lost 110$ and still have a electrical problem/short/malfunctioning brake light problem from the emergency brake! or something shorted or bad part to cause this problem...
Thank you fowler Dogde and Dodge of detroit for not helping me. asi am first time buyer of a new car this leaves me to go back to getting a used car.major car dealerships screw people over.
