This is another experience of an unsatisfied customer of FPL as they claim to be doing the greatest job. Clearly, this is NOT the case. The author of this posting is very much understood by so many customers of FPL. Despite the issue, I believe the courtesy of restoring power was just, especially as a business owner. Now this is a situation that shows FPL has no time to provide a justifiable reason for this occurence and bill for non working meter. This is another sad case and disappointing so much as the homeowner took the take time out to write about this horrible experience that many customers of FPL have experienced but for many reason maybe unable to express via online, etc.
Note: I have not experienced a disconnect, so this is not an angry disconnect customer but one who has seen this FPL company and it's workers display unethical work habits. Please be patient good people, theres a company who will enter and provide competitive services and great customer service.
