I understand the homeowners complaints, but after reading the civil suit that was filed in Sacramento, Ca is a desperate measured used by homeowners and desperate attorneys to try and keep their homes and law firms opened for filing the ridiculous lawsuits. In the lawsuit the homeowner says that she wasn't explained her loan and that it was a 10 year interest only loan and explained as a 5 year loan. The homeowner took her loan out in February 2007 and it's now March 2012. So basically the homeowner is just trying to place blame on someone for her lack of responsibility. She has made her payments since 2007 and they payment should not adjust until 2017. So the question that I would have is why are you filing a lawsuit 5 years later after you are foreclosing on your house? Your payment still should be the same. Or is it you are getting bad advise from the company that did a audit on your loan and made a report to justify the 500.00 they charged you for the report. Then you tried to go through Bank Of American and was sent trough the same process everyone else in America is going through. Sometimes you have to look at yourself as a homeowner and take responsibility for your actions. You signed the documents it sounds like you probably paid all your debt off in the loan and racked up a ton of debt and finally couldn't pay your mortgage and you wanted to blame someone. As someone that has lost my house I can sit back and try and blame everyone and their mother, but at the end of the day I have an education and I signed the loan documents and I was responsible for my actions. Stop and take responsibility
