I was contact by Franklin Debt Solutions Inc., I spoke with Melanie on the phone and ask her about their company what did they do to solve debt problems, She said that even thou my case was going to court she could get the amount I owed to be reduced to a lower amount by asking the company to take off the interest and pay in payments around a hundred a mount. I asked her before she made a agreement with the lawyer please contact me first. She said that she could do that. She then said the cost would be two hundred and twenty five dollars for the service. I said I did not have the money right now, She said she would need it by January 20th 2010. I said I could have on pay day. she agreed, I called her around the 18th of January to tell I would not have the money until the 21st of January, she said okay asked me for my check number and did a electronic check over the phone. When I go the draft for the check it said no refunds, which she didn't tell me over the phone in our conversation. I called her again before I heard anything back from the company and asked her again before to make a decision please call me first she said okay? She never called me I got a letter in the mail the following Thursday telling my they made an agreement with the company that was sueing me. For the same amount nothing was reduced payments were 250.00 amonth. I called them the next day to tell them they did nothing for me and she said we got you not going to court, which also was a lie because I went to the court house that Monday to get an extention for more time. The court date. was still set. No one she trust a company like this they are only out to get your money and help the people trying to sue you.

This person contacted our company for help in working out monthly payments on a debt owed. The person paid the small flat fee for our service and as they admit the monthly payment plan was negotiated with the creditor agreeing not to garnish wages so long as the payments were timely made.
We helped this person resolve an outstanding debt. We do not work for the creditor. In short, we did what we said we would do. While I am troubled that this person is unhappy with our service we did resolve this matter for him.
We have helped hundreds of people resolve credit problems, and we will continue to provide quality service to our customers.
