Freedom Homes, Pools And Spas Belated victim of bad pool installation Deland Florida
My husband and I purchased a home in November of 2004. An inground pool had been constructed on the property in March of 2004. The pool is now 4 years old. The underwater light is slowly coming out of the hole and is now sticking out over an inch. I had to have a pool repair specialist come out to repair leaks around the light and around the jets as I was losing about 5 inches of water a day! The floor finish is disintigrating and wearing off and the base of the pool can be seen through these places. There are also cracks all over the deck and the coping.
I tried to contact the company only to find that they are no longer in business. I tried all of the numbers for the east coast offices. All closed!! If his license has been taken away 4 times, it is imperative that he and his business are finally investigated and that he be held accountable for his deplorable business practices. I am now widowed and am in no way able to pay for a resurfacing and repair of this pool. Keith Lamphear should be ashamed. Time to put our tax dollars to work and go after this guy!
