Well lets start off with what is true. I do not have a commercial license. My web site is in it's very early stages and I find things that are wrong with it everytime I look at it. When I commisioned it to be made the web designer actually had me as a cabinet company. Thru the process of building the site we are correcting what is and what is not factual and true. As for not being in business for even one year... I have in fact been in business for over a year almost two. I have been in the flooring industry for over 4 years. My first few years were spent as an installer for a company that will remain nameless. and if your wondering why, it's because I am ashamed that I even worked for them for so long. My lead salesman and shop manager has been in and around the flooring business for over 18 years. My lead installer and install manager has over 8 years experience. If you ad that up you get 30 years experience. I know why this report was filed about me. You see I just hired a veteran of the flooring industry to be part of my team. A certain company here in the valley has a problem with that. They think that he spilled the beans about their truely fraudulent business practices. Bait and switch practices, lieng to people abot what material they are actually getting, making phoney phone calls to trick customers into buying right there on the spot. These people are so scared that they are calling everyone that works for them and saying they traced the source of the leakage to that persons computer. It's flattering in a way, that such a huge outfit would take the time to report the accidental oversights on my brand new web page. They must be looking at it daily. As far as a price being to good to be true... I incourage all my customers to get at least three bids, and make sure that one of them is from a store with a catchy tv jingle! 9 out of ten times I or another small local mom and pop family flooring store will get the bid. Not because the irregularity was with our prices but because the trouble was with the over inflated price and pushy high pressure scare tactic sales pitch of that certain Happy company. ROC records don't lie. BBB records don't lie. In closing I would like to say this. I'm not the best in the valley. And neither is any one else who calims to be. A measure of a good company or contractor or installer is not how seldom they make a mistake but how that person handles his or her mistake. I'm always there for my customers... why? Because when I came to the valley I had nothing. A car, a suitcase and a few hundred dollars. Because of my customers and my dedication to them I now own my own business, house, truck, and find myself able to provide for my family and my friends. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
