Company issued vouchers with a car detail discount through livingsocial.com. Customer is required to call and request the appointment. Once a date and time is provided, a few days before the actual schedule appointment, they call to cancel and reschedule. The rescheduled date tends to be after the expiration date of the voucher.
Company confirms via phone that there is no concern about expiration date; that they will provide you the service given that they originally canceled your fist appointment. Customer waits at home and they never show.
