I must say that when the Frontier employee above said that the saiving would passed on to the consumer, I had to bust out laughing. I am an employee at an independent pharmacy. I have a valid prescription for Valium 10mg #75. Being an employee, I paid a little above cost. Look at the price of generic Valium on Frontier's or any other website. It is ridiculous! If you have a valid prescription, hell, don't use an online pharmacy, take it to your neighborhood pharmacy. For #75 generic Valium 10mg I paid $5.67. I rest my case.

Let me first say that it is extremely difficult to argue a complaint when only partial information has been provided and therefore can not be verified. Had this customer provided a complete name and order number, we may have been able to address this individual's specific needs. Therefore, in reference to what has been written in this complaint, this customer, who goes by the name of Casey (for the purposes of writing this rebuttal I will refer to Casey as a woman), states that Frontier Pharmacy received a prescription from her physician but never sent her the medication; while still charging her for the $19.95 processing fee. Frontier Pharmacies is a Florida licensed and Square Trade Approved mail order pharmacy. All prescriptions received, are first verified for authenticity, making sure that there is a valid, face-to-face relationship between the patient and the physician. It is not until we have validated the prescription that the medication is then mailed out. A non-refundable $19.95 processing fee is charged to cover the costs accrued through the verification process. The customer agreed to this fee on the check out page, at the time the request for medication was submitted. Furthermore, applying a non-refundable processing fee allows us to maintain our low medication prices. It also helps us to deter customers who are looking to receive medication without a valid a prescription, from placing orders on this site. The savings are then passed on to our customers. For example, if Casey's physician were to provide a prescription with 6 refills, Casey would only pay one processing fee and would then continue to receive all 6 refills at the same low price. If Frontier Pharmacies had received a prescription from Casey's physician, it would have been filled based upon verification of the prescription. Casey should have first contacted her physician to verify that a prescription was in fact, faxed or mailed to Frontier Pharmacy, and then she should have contacted the pharmacy directly at (877) 434-3329. It is wrong to assume that filling out the medical questionnaire on a pharmacy website which provides the pharmacist with a patient's contact information and medical history (all of which, for the safety of the patient, are necessary when filling a prescription) means that you are ordering a prescription, as this customer states in her complaint. Sending out prescription medication based solely on an online medical questionnaire is against federal law in the United States. Frontier Pharmacies requires that a prescription be received from the patient's primary care physician, as required by law and our Square Trade Seal. Included in the link below is some important information regarding the purchase of prescription medication over the internet. http://www.deadiversion.usdoj.gov/consumer_alert.htm Should Casey's physician provide us with a prescription for his/her patient, whether it be by calling the pharmacy and verbally speaking with the pharmacist, or via fax or mail, Frontier Pharmacies will be more than happy to fill the prescription, and send Casey her medication. Thank you, Frontier Pharmacies

You made the same mistake I made. You didn't check here before ordering. If you had, you wouldn't have ordered from Frontier because of the numerous complaints listed on this site. Always(as I'm sure you have learned by now) check this site first. You may also want to check bbb.org. They can provide you with names, additional addresses, phone numbers, etc. By the way they gave them an 'Unsatisfactory'rating. Here is a little more info about Frontier. When did you place the order? What was promised on your confirmation that the prescription was received?
