FUJIAN SANT ELECTRIC MACHINERY CO.,LTD. They Pretend to manucacture a Gen-set, collect downpayment and they will never deliver Yanta Chengyang,Fuan,Fujian,China
Dear Madam / Sir
we write to you in desparation because we have paid a Chinese company USD 2000,- downpayment for the delivery of a generator set.
The company has agreed to complete the generator within 30 days of downpayment and after that we would pay the rest before delivery.
We paid the money in August 2012 and after 3 month the company has not finished the generator and we asked
our USD 200,- back.
Now the company claims it has finished the generator - after morw than 90 days - and now they want to deliver the product.
We do not need the product anymore after this long period of time and have bought a generator from another company.
Now the supplier does not want to give our money back.
We have tried everything but the company wants to keep the money without delivering anything and insists we should pay the rest of about USD 3500,- to complete the payment. But how can we pay EVEN MORE money to this company if the refuse to give us the first payment back.
Could you please try to talk to the CEO of the company to achieve a money refund ???
