THEY WORK TOGETHER TO BUTTER STAFF & BUSINESS PARTNERS UP ONLY TO USE THEM. ONCE THE WORK IS DONE, THEY DON'T PAY!! YEAH, YOU MIGHT MAKE A BUCK OR TWO HOWEVER, ONLY AFTER PAYING THEMSELVES A HEFTY PERCENTAGE, IF YOU'RE LUCKY, YOU MAY GET YOUR PAY CHEQUE. I WORKED WITH THEM FOR A BIT AT A PARTNERSHIP LEVEL. I KNOW HOW THEY THINK & THE ROLES THEY PLAY. RYAN SPILLAS IS A PUPPET WHO HOLDS CONTRACTS THAT SOMEONE ELSE WORKS HARD TO OBTAIN FOR HIM. THEN HE SNAKES THEM AFTER THE CONTRACT IS SEALED UNDER HIS NAME WITH THE CLIENTS. NOEL WALROND IS THE BUSINESS INTELLECTUAL BACK BONE THAT DEVELOPS BUSINESS GAME PLANS & MANIPULATES RYAN TO ENFORCE THE KEY IDEAS UNTO THEIR STAFF. TOGETHER, THEY MANIPULATE THE STAFF. KEEP IN MIND THAT NOEL HAS A TRACK RECORD OF BAD BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP WITH SUCH COMPANIES SUCH AS THE CONSULTING GROUP, VISION GLOBE & SUXESS MARKETING. I just wanted to thank everyone that reported this information. I was contacted today by them for an interview and for some reason got a bad feeling so decided to research the company. I will definitley not be calling them back! Thanks guys u saved me a lot of headachee. I hate companies like this that take advantage of their employees its sick!
I would much rather take an employees advice than the "owners" because ofcourse they only have good to say if their scamming people

They will pay you unless you don't produce results. Then they will fire you and not pay you when you come asking for the money for the time you have spent there. I think its because they don't really bring in much money. The "owner" can't even afford a car himself or cigarrettes so I think he is really struggling. I worked there and he didn't pay me. I asked him for the "employment" paper I signed but he couldn't give it to me. I don't know why I didn't get a copy in the first place. All real jobs give you a copy of the employment contract and benefit packages that has information about your benefits. I didn't get anything but a black and white ID card? I am still trying to get my money and same with a few others that worked there. It has been 3 months!! Even my parents are getting involved now. Be careful, thats all I got to say.

I don't know what was going on there but I was one that DID NOT get paid. I would call Ryan for my pay and he would always direct me to another person. I don't know why I would have to passed to another person when the owner is the one that I report to and should be the one that gives me my pay cheque. He even told us to go directly to the client once. makes no sense. I have never met the other individual they speak of but while reading these, I would figure that there is a reason why he as the landlord would kick them out. I would to if I wasn't being paid and had to pay everything all the rent myself. Wouldn't you? That company is bullshit and going around all day door to door for that company is not my ideal career.
Anyways, there are many of us that worked for the Bell campaign and none of us got paid.
Just wanted to put my 2 cents in.

I am a current employee of FULCRUM DIRECT MARKETING and id like to state my opinion based on this article. I have been working with the company for some time now and would like every individual to get a better understanding of what is truly going on. However i am stating my OWN opinion based on what i have experienced heard and seen. At our old location everything seemed to be going on as a normal day, i was at the office all day, minus lunch breaks, we had a certain individual that was specifically in charge of one duty, the paychecks, and even so we would have to constantly ask "Are we getting paid today" because we just never knew. As a employee i felt really annoyed because i would expect everything to be going according to schedule and after some time it did. Also i would have to indicate that i would want my pay stub with my check, for some odd reason i had to "ASK" when in the end its MANDATORY to receive both together. I was first to arrive at work everyday and therefore had my own key. Everything seemed to be on tract after a few weeks and everyone seems to happy day to day, all our employee's had no problems it seemed to be going along well. I was completely taken by shock when the individual in charge of pay checks had giving me my check before Christmas holidays and asked me for my Key, taken by shock i didn't seem to ask WHY, i didn't think anything of it, and the particular individual also told me "i will place your pay stub on your desk first thing Monday morning" i felt stupid, i believe this individual only to find out from my boss that the individual also in charge of the building we were currently in had told us that we were no longer allowed in the building and had to find a new location ASAP and we had to leave everything behind. I felt betrayed that this particular individual had lied to my face knowing we would not see eachother on Monday morning but didnt have any courage to come out and tell me. However, we are in a different location now our employee's are happy we are back on track and were moving forward.
