 We thought we had read every little small print before hitting purchase but come to find out there was hidden words. It did noting for my skin, I was not impressed at all, they even called my husband and asked if we liked the product and we told them no, and that we did not want any more and clarified with them that there would be no additional charges and/or shipments and they agreed. So you can imagine our shock when the charges were on our card for stuff that did not work or was not wanted. When my husband called the 877 number he was told that we had to cancel before 30 days, well you are supposed to use that stuff for 30 days before deciding if it works, and that we could not cancel and if we even try they will find a way to take our money because they have the IP address showing we ordered it. These people need taken down, they are as bad as those tax fraud annoyers.

 You hope people don't read the little print OR look through their credit card bills. A representative even CALLED my husband to ask if we liked the product and wanted to order more and we said NO we were not impressed and no we did not want anymore. This is a huge scam. We called our credit card company. And we do have attorneys. I do not recommend this company at all!

 I too, ordered the cream, and after only 14 days discovered that the company had charged my checking acct. twice for the full amounts of a 30 day supply of the 2 sample products I had purchased. I spoke with them on the phone, only to get refusal of crediting my account back, even after I said I would return the unused portions. Very upsetting, this cost me nearly $200 !!
