Shelley Penn admitted to several staff, some who are no longer there that she had an affair and is still having an affair with Clyde. That is why she gets away with all the cruel, unprofessional behavior. He is going to give her anything she wants. Clyde is whipped and scared that if he challenges her, he will lose everything, especially his reputation and Shelley knows that. That is her leverage, because her brain will get her no where. Tithes, covers up for them. She only hires staff that does what ever she wants and ask few questions. She cooks the books. She is the most talked about CFO out there because she cleans up their messes.
