We purchased a Funjet Vacation Package to Las Vegas because my younger sister is getting married. We were set to arrive in Las Vegas by 5:00 p.m on Thursday. Without notifying us, Funjet changed our flight times, (both arrival and departure). These times simply will not work for us.

After speaking with Funjet, they are completely unwilling to work with us. They simply state this was a "business decision." The representative I spoke with was named Megan McCain, and she was extremely unsympathetic and rude. She kept saying "nobody here will help you." "Either you can get on the plane, or not, but you won't get your money back."

Here's the problem: The whole point of purchasing the tickets was to attend my sister's wedding. At the time of purchase, I was set to arrive in Vegas by 5:00 p.m. Now I am set to arrive in Vegas at 1:00 a.m. Do they not understand that I HAVE to be there by a certain time?

I am at my wits end to make these people understand this situation. This is a company that I have used in the past but they have shown NOTHING but complete disregard for their loyal customers. They could care less about my situation, now that they have my money.

In the future, if you are planning a trip somewhere. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't EVER use Funjet. They are guarenteed to rip you off.
