MoreTERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

I purchased a chaise lounge chair with pillow in April and requested for it to be delivered to the Duluth location. I was told it would be delivered in 3 business days. I called 4 business days later and was told the warehouse hadn't delivered it yet and they weren't sure when it would be delivered but they would call me once it arrived. I called I believe a week later and was placed on hold to confirm that it was there and that all the pieces were there. I informed the young lady that it would be awhile before I can pick it up as it wasn't available when I had arrangements to get it. She stated that is fine it would be here. Last Saturday I went to retrieve my chair and immediately notice the pillow was missing! I was first given the story that it was never delivered until I informed that the pillow was confirmed to being there when I called. I spent over two hours in the store with them calling the manufacturer to find out if the pillow comes with the chair. After finding out that the pillow comes with the chair as they advertised. I requested to have the pillow mailed to me. In which the young lady said that would cost too much! REALLY!!! I requested to speak with the manager that was in a meeting but yet she spoke to him several times during my 2 hours in the store as she couldn't do anything without his consent. After going back and further they agreed to mail the pillow to me on Monday and I would receive a call when they do. As you can probably already tell I never received a call or the pillow. Once a call was made to the store I am told that the manufacturer no longer makes and sends a picture of a very cheap off color pillow that they would replace it with. Nothing close to the pillow advertised with the chair. I requested yet again to have the manager to call me. In which he finally calls to inform me  that the pillow is actually a gift with the purchase.(Gift or not it was advertised with the chair and included with the same chair in a different color I already purchased from them). I  informed him that the lack of customer service has made this a horrific experience for me. I am a repeat customer of this establishment only because regardless of the poor customer service I have always received exactly what I paid for until now. I then asked to have the cost of the chair reduce by the cost of the pillow ( In which the average cylinder pillow ranges from $30-$40). The manager then has the nerve to tell me he was done hearing me "b***h", that I can figure out a way to return the chair but he is not reducing anything and then hangs up the phone.

My entire family was planning to make several purchases from this establishment until now! I refuse to spend another dime to an establishment who has such Blatant disregard for customer service and providing merchandise as advertised.
