Further reach internet Overcharge for bad internet Point arena Ca
I've had further reach for four years now for work I have to have internet, at first the internet was fine and after a few months I noticed slower speeds and would go out completely, when I would try to contact them I wouldn't hear back for days and when I finally would receive a email they would treat me like a idiot and tell me it's because I have multiply devices connected as if that would cause the overall speed to completely drop.
I have 10 devises connected sometimes and we all stream and play games fine, when I do a speed test it gets about 17mbps down and when it's slow it's between 500kbps and 2mbps and they wanna tell me it's cause tjeres too many devises, and threaten me with charges for having to come out and look at my dish because there "not a big company and can't afford to come look at every problem.
the only way to contact them is over email and don't hear back for days, they never are able to fix it and it's daily now that I can't even stream from one computer. I don't think I should have to pay 130$ a month for internet I'm not able to use, if there was another isp I would switch in a heartbeat but I need to be able to have access for work.
this place is a ripoff taking advantage of being the only provider in the town.
