THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN ALLOWED TO DOMINATE AND CONTROL JEY WEST TOUR BOAT OPERATORS BECAUSE IT HAS BEEN ALLOWED TO OPERATE ILLEGALLY. THEIR BOAT OPERATIONS AT 0 DUVAL KEY WEST WAS JUST DISCOVERED BY THE STATE OF FLORIDA D.E.P. FOR OPERATING A VESSEL N STATE LANDS LEASE WITHOUT PERMISSION. THEY HAVE NOW LOCATED SEVERAL BARGES OUT ON THE STATE LANDS BAY BOTTOMS WHICH ARE NOT IN COMPLIANCE WITH STATE REGULATIONS.
THEY ARE ALSO MONOPOLISING CONCIERGE SERVICES IN KEY WEST ALONG WITH TRYING TO DESTORY FELLOW COMPETITORS IN THE BUSINESS, THIS ALL BEING DONE WHILE THEY ARE ALLOWED SPECIAL OPERATING PRIVELIDGES NO OTHER COMPETITORS HAVE. PLUS THE BENEFIT OF HAVING MICHAEL HALPERN LOCAL ATTORNEY AS YOUR PARTNER DOESNT HURT ESPECIALLY WHEN HES THE ONE GOING AROUND TRYING TO FORCE MOM AND POP BUSINESSES TO SELL FOR PENNIES ON THE DOLLAR AND THREATENING THEM WITH BOGUS LITIGATION.

Well, well, well. I just noticed a lawsuit filed by Fury and attorney Alan Eckstein against Robert Krutko on the Monroe County Clerk of Courts website. Oops! Can you say "Foot in Mouth?"
Hmmmmm. Also, according to the Key West Citizen newspaper, Krutko was found guilty of misdemeanor cyber-stalking, which was upgraded to a felony when he refused to stop blogging.

THE STATE OF FLORIDA HAS SHOT DOWN FURY WATER ADVENTURES REAL TEAR JERKER APPEAL LETTER SENT BY PHOENIX ENVIRONMENTAL.
THIS COMPANY AS IVE SAID FOR A COUPLE YEARS IS ALLOWED TO IGNORE AND BREAK LOCAL ORDINANCES WHICH GIVES THEM A BENEFIT ABOVE ALL OTHERS.
THEY ARE LIARS- AND PLAIN BAD NEWS PEOPLE.

What does it tell you that some nobody from Columbus, Ohio continues to spout off from behind the safety of his own keyboard? He has proven himself over and over again to be a liar.
He has never even patroned any of the Key West companies he contiues to slander. The only reason they don't sue him is because he doesn't have two nickels to rub together.
The man is a janitor at a pay-by-the hour sleezy motel. His life consists of cleaning other people's bodily fluids.

As a past business owner in Key West I have personally wittnessed the dammage to businesses and people the Fury has caused. Since relocating back Noth it's amazing how these people get away with doing what they do. I have been following your situation and enjoy getting your E mails. Keep up the great work, it's about time people start standing up to these people.

Robert, You really need to give this up. Nobody is buying your line of BS. And the only person you're hurting is you (it's only a matter of time before Fury files suit against you for libel).
You always refuse to answer these questions:
Why haven't you sue the parties responsible for the alleged theft of your boat?
Why di file a suit against you?
Why did you dodge their process server for months?
Why, when you finally were served, did you fail to show up for court to prove your case?
Why did the one lawyer you did hire ask to be removed from the case?
Why do you have several judgements against you in the State of Florida?
